Bannockburn's flagship Pinot Noir and one of Australia's most iconic wines. The Serré vineyard was first planted in 1984 — now certified organic — and is considered the oldest high-density Pinot Noir block in Australia. Naturally low-yielding, it produces wines of dark fruit, spice and herbal complexity that are powerful yet graceful, built for 10–20 years of cellaring. Langton's Classified Outstanding.
