From the original 1978 plantings at 860 metres on the Lake George escarpment. Minimal intervention, certified biodynamic under Demeter International. The site produces Chardonnay of crisp natural acidity and restrained stone fruit flavours — tighter and more linear than lower-altitude expressions, with the mineral tension that defines Lark Hill's estate wines.
