Named after Harold Wauchope, who planted many of Wynns' original vineyards, the Harold Cabernet sits between the Black Label and John Riddoch in the estate hierarchy. Single-vineyard and estate-grown, it offers a more precise, terroir-driven expression of Coonawarra Cabernet: cassis, dried herbs, fine sandy tannins, and the cool-climate mint character that defines this unique region.
