Estate Shiraz from the Bannockburn property in the Moorabool Valley, made in the Northern Rhône tradition that Gary Farr pioneered after years of working vintages at Domaine Dujac. Cool-climate, spicy and savoury — black pepper, smoked meat and blueberry — with the structured tannin and acid that makes it age beautifully. The Farrs have made Shiraz here since the 1990s.
