Frankland Estate's most celebrated wine — a Cabernet Franc-led blend named for Dr Harold Olmo of UC Davis, whose 1950s research confirmed this remote corner of Great Southern was equivalent to the finest established wine districts of Australia and California. Organically grown on the ironstone Isolation Ridge vineyard, it is Bordeaux-inspired in construction yet unmistakably Great Southern in character: perfumed, elegant and structural, with long cellaring potential.
