From the original 1972 Seville plantings — cool-climate Yarra Valley Shiraz at its most concentrated and age-worthy. The estate's cool southern location extends hang time, producing Shiraz with refined tannins and a distinctive pepper, red and dark fruit profile. Only released in exceptional years.
