From the Vasse Felix estate in Wilyabrup — 140 hectares across four Margaret River vineyard sites, all certified organic. The Estate Chardonnay sits beneath the Heytesbury in the hierarchy but shares the same philosophy: Gingin clone fruit, wild yeast fermentation, and barrel maturation for finesse and complexity. Stone fruit, hazelnut and creamy texture with a bright mineral finish.
