Australia's answer to great white Burgundy. Yattarna — Langton's Outstanding — is Penfolds' flagship white wine, sourced from cool-climate regions including Tasmania, Adelaide Hills, and Henty. It represents the same rigorous multi-regional blending philosophy as Grange, but applied to Chardonnay: white peach, grapefruit, fine French oak, and a linear, mineral structure built for ten or more years of cellaring. Called "White Grange" by those who love it most.
