The wine of Julian's son Adam Castagna — Nebbiolo and Sangiovese from the biodynamic estate, made to be affordable, drinkable and full of character. The name nods to Adam's place within the Castagna family project. The goal is not the monumental gravity of Genesis, but something more joyful. Savoury and fruity, earthy and bright. Fully certified biodynamic.
