The estate-tier Chardonnay — a meticulous, low-intervention expression sourced from the Coldstream vineyard. Rising from the shores of the Yarra River at 75 to 225 metres above sea level, the vines sit at similar elevations to the Grand Cru vineyards of Chablis. Pure and cool-climate in character.
