The 1983 Helm Cabernet Sauvignon won the first gold medal and trophy ever awarded to a Canberra District wine. That legacy continues. The cool-continental climate of Murrumbateman produces Cabernet with naturally high acidity, fine-grained tannins and a distinctive herbal lift alongside blackcurrant and cedar fruit.
