Australia's most celebrated Shiraz Viognier — Langton's Exceptional and the wine that defined the Canberra District. Tim Kirk's co-fermentation of Shiraz with a small percentage of Viognier produces a wine of extraordinary fragrance and complexity: violets, white pepper, blackberry, and smoked meats on a silky, medium-weight frame. Scores of 98-100 points are not uncommon. The most collectable Shiraz Viognier in the country, inspired by the great Côte-Rôtie producers of the Rhône Valley.
