Scoring 95 points from Wine Anorak, this is Yabby Lake's estate-standard Chardonnay and one of the Mornington Peninsula's most admired whites. Tom Carson uses wild ferments and puncheons (500L barrels) with no malolactic fermentation to produce a wine of piercing freshness, citrus and stone-fruit purity with a long, mineral finish.
