A Beechworth classic and something of a curiosity — a complex, age-worthy Sauvignon Blanc Semillon blend from an unlikely alpine region. The Semillon component adds texture and longevity, while the Sauvignon Blanc contributes aromatic lift. At 560m elevation surrounded by forest, the blend develops a herbal, waxy complexity that is entirely its own.
