One of the very few serious Australian Roussannes, grown at the Giaconda estate in Beechworth. Named after the Greek god of wind, it reflects the estate's fascination with Rhône varieties. Rich in lanolin, beeswax and white flowers, it carries the variety's signature textural weight while maintaining Beechworth's characteristic acidity and alpine cool.
