From the Belford vineyard in the warmer northern reaches of the Hunter Valley, this single-vineyard Semillon shows a slightly rounder, more generous fruit profile than the classic Vat 1 style. Lemon curd, fresh herbs, and a zesty acidity that carries the wine over the long term. A wonderful introduction to the diversity of Hunter Valley Semillon terroir.
