Named for the founding block planted in 1988 by Michael and Wendy Dhillon, this is Bindi's entry-point Pinot Noir and a Macedon Ranges institution. Grown at altitude in one of Victoria's coolest wine regions, it delivers lifted red-cherry fruit, fine tannins and the kind of purity that only old, low-yielding vines can provide.
