The flagship white wine — Cape Mentelle's most ambitious expression of the Margaret River Bordeaux-style white blend. The Wallcliffe vineyard, planted in the 1970s, produces fruit of intensity and complexity: passionfruit, white peach, and dried herbs on a textured, age-worthy frame. A step above the entry-level Trinders in ambition and structure, with the capacity to age for five to eight years.
