Wild fermented with the natural yeasts of the biodynamic estate. Aged in a mix of new and seasoned French oak to produce a savoury, fine-boned style defined by the site's extreme elevation and cold. The 860-metre Bungendore position means shorter hang times and naturally higher acidity — a Pinot Noir of finesse, structure and uncommon individuality.
