From the highest and coldest vineyard in the Canberra District, sitting at 860 metres on the Lake George escarpment above Bungendore. Planted in 1978, the vines grow in shallow depleted shale over clay soils with minimal irrigation. Steely, mineral and driven — lime zest, slate and floral lift. Wild fermented, certified Demeter biodynamic. One of Australia's most distinctive Riesling sites.
