From Lark Hill's second vineyard at Murrumbateman, acquired in 2011 and certified biodynamic (NASAA). The Dark Horse Vineyard sits on deep granite soils at approximately 600 metres — lower and warmer than Lark Hill itself, delivering generous, rich fruit from Shiraz grown in red granite soils of great distinction. Co-fermented with estate Viognier in the Canberra District tradition.
