Australia's most awarded dessert wine, crafted from hand-harvested botrytis-affected Semillon. Rich with apricot, tropical fruit and honeysuckle aromatics, aged in French oak. Created by Darren De Bortoli in 1982, it has amassed over 100 trophies and 350 gold medals. Around 10% alcohol with 230g/L residual sugar, it balances sweetness with vibrant acidity.
