The estate flagship. Anton van Klopper's dry-grown, biodynamic Pinot Noir from his 3-hectare Basket Range vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, with no additives save a small amount of sulphur at bottling. Pale-coloured, vibrant and translucent with earth-toned cherry, thyme, wild strawberry and mineral drive. Reviewed by Jancis Robinson. Big in Japan.
