Chardonnay

One of Australia's most celebrated single-vineyard Chardonnays, winning the François de Castella Trophy for Best Young White Wine at the 2024 Melbourne Royal Wine Show. Made by Adam Wadewitz from 1988-planted vines in Tasmania's Coal River Valley, it is taut and mineral with chiselled elegance, white-peach tension and a saline, persistent finish that rivals the great whites of Burgundy.
