Chardonnay

The estate-tier Chardonnay from the Bindi property at Gisborne in the Macedon Ranges. Planted in 1988 alongside the founding Pinot Noir, the Chardonnay vines grow on the same ironstone soils at 440 metres. Complex, structured and long, with the natural acidity Michael Dhillon prizes above all else. An entry point to the most Burgundian estate in Australia.
