One of Australia's most sought-after red wines. Quintet is Mount Mary's Bordeaux blend — all five varieties from the estate — and a Langton's Exceptional wine that the late Dr John Middleton modelled on the great estates of the Médoc. Only around 3,500 cases of all Mount Mary wines are produced each year; Quintet is rarer still. It is a wine of extraordinary restraint and elegance for its first decade, then blossoms into something remarkable: cassis, dark cherry, dried herbs, fine silky tannins, and a structure built to last thirty or more years.
