The 2021 Tolpuddle Pinot Noir is a pure and finely structured expression from Tasmania's Coal River Valley, made in the low-intervention tradition established by Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith when they acquired the estate in 2011. With sweet red-cherry fruit, floral lift and the kind of silky, mid-weight structure that defines great cool-climate Pinot Noir, it is a wine of quiet but compelling authority.
