Whole-bunch pressed, wild-yeast fermented in French oak (20% new), bottled unfined. The 2013 vintage won Best White Wine of Show at a major national show. Crisper and tighter in structure than warmer-region Chardonnays, with citrus fruit characters from Seville's cooler southern Yarra Valley site. A benchmark Yarra Chardonnay.
