One of the Mornington Peninsula's most exciting Syrah expressions, made by Tom Carson from cool-climate estate fruit at Tuerong. Open-fermented with whole bunches, it delivers a fresh peppery edge over sweet dark-cherry fruit, with perfumed aromatics and an elegant, medium-bodied palate that speaks of its cool maritime origins.
