Shiraz

Named after Michael Clayfield, Wynns' legendary winemaker, Michael Shiraz is the estate's icon red in a different key to John Riddoch. A Langton's Outstanding wine of full-bodied richness — dark plum, pepper, olive, and fine-grained tannins from French and American oak. Coonawarra is not primarily known for Shiraz, but Michael is the proof that the region's cool-climate soils produce a compelling version of the variety.
