Sourced from the Hilltops region of NSW, this Shiraz shows the warm-site expression of a cool-climate winemaker. Fuller and richer than the Canberra District wines, with dark plum, olive, and chocolate notes alongside Clonakilla's signature care in the winery. An excellent example of NSW Shiraz diversity and a testament to Tim Kirk's ability to express terroir wherever he sources fruit.
