Tolpuddle's sole red wine and one of Australia's finest Pinot Noirs, made by Adam Wadewitz from the original 1988-planted estate vines in Tasmania's Coal River Valley. Pure, finely structured and intensely mineral, it delivers sweet red-cherry fruit with floral aromatics, ginger and herbal complexity, fine-grained tannins and the structural depth to develop beautifully over 10–20 years.
