Chardonnay

A quietly great Beechworth Chardonnay from vines planted in 1984 and 1985 on the Sorrenberg estate. Barrel fermented using wild yeasts and aged in old French oak on lees. The granitic soils give the wine an unmistakable mineral finesse and cool stone-fruit character — nectarine, white peach, lemon curd — with tension and length. Demeter biodynamic certified.
