Block 5 sits at the most elevated portion of the 7-hectare estate on ironstone soils at 440 metres in the Macedon Ranges — one of Australia's coldest and most demanding cool-climate regions. Exquisite: silky, fresh cherry and mineral aromas, delicate floral notes, well-concentrated palate and lacy tannins with savoury oak at the finish. Langton's First Classified. 97 points WC. Only two varieties are planted at Bindi.
