The entry tier from Bindi — made from younger estate vines and grapes from related Macedon sites. The name captures Michael Dhillon's approach: a composition of elements, assembled with the same care as the single-block wines. More accessible on release, still demanding. Cool, spicy and pure with the characteristic Macedon structure and restraint that makes Bindi so hard to mistake for anything else.
