Australia's finest Bordeaux-style white blend. Triolet draws on three varieties planted by Dr John Middleton in homage to the great dry whites of Graves: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle. The result is a wine of bracing freshness and extraordinary complexity — citrus blossom, dried herbs, and a waxy, lanolin texture that develops with age into something genuinely profound. Made in tiny quantities and highly sought after on release.
