One of the rare Australian Pinot Gris that actually tastes of the variety — an achievement in itself. Grown at Curly Flat's elevated Macedon Ranges estate on volcanic soils, this Pinot Gris has the textural weight and ripe pear/stone fruit character associated with Alsace, balanced by high-altitude freshness and restraint. Fermented using wild yeasts consistent with the estate's Burgundian philosophy.
