A Bordeaux-inspired blend from the Sorrenberg estate in Beechworth, known locally as the "Barmutha" blend after the original Indigenous name for the region. Cabernet Sauvignon anchors the wine's structure; Cabernet Franc adds perfume and spice; Merlot softens the frame. Grown at altitude on granitic soils with biodynamic practices, it has a cool-climate restraint rarely seen in Australian Cabernet.
