Bindi's premium Chardonnay at around $100, the Quartz takes the Macedon Ranges site's natural tension and adds an extra layer of concentration and complexity. Named for the quartz-rich soils of this particular vineyard block, it delivers white-peach, citrus pith and saline minerality with exceptional line and length.
