A dry estate Rosé from the Farr Rising label, made from Pinot Noir grown on the Bannockburn estate. Pale, precise and genuinely dry — the Farr approach to Rosé is Provençal in spirit. Strawberry, watermelon rind and a saline mineral edge from the ancient limestone-influenced soils. The kind of Rosé that works equally well as an aperitif or at the dinner table.
