Often called the "Grange of Cabernet", Bin 707 is Penfolds' flagship single-variety red and one of Australia's most collectable wines. Langton's Exceptional, it is made only in outstanding vintages — years when the fruit quality justifies the selection. Full-bodied, powerful, and built for the long haul, with blackcurrant, cedar, and graphite complexity developed through maturation in new American oak hogsheads. Needs a decade at minimum; at its peak after twenty or more years.
