Tim Kirk's daughter Lara has taken the lead on Clonakilla's Riesling program. Grown on decomposed granite soils at 600 metres elevation, the cool-continental climate preserves natural acidity and aromatic lift. Spicy, floral, mineral and long — a wine that pushes the case for Canberra as a world-class Riesling region alongside Clare Valley and Eden Valley.
